Included defect fixes ​

• When the SFTP server authentication fails before obtaining a valid password or key, the error details will now contain the name of the associated user. [server-side][sftp] [#6979]
• An internal error is no longer generated after removing a service that had an expired certificate. [server-side][manager] [#7177]
• The events emitted when handling SFTP files now contain the requested_path attribute. This is the path requested by end user, and it might be different to the actual file used to store the file. For example, when SFTPPlus will automatically add a UUID to the stored filename. [server-side][sftp] [#7184]
